Tenants Rights Workshop to inform renters about new tenant protections offered through Assembly Bill 1482. Learn about mandatory rent caps and just cause eviction protection. Are you a renter? Did you face a rent increase in the last 6 months? Are you at risk of eviction? Receive individual tenant counseling or get legal advice from a tenant attorney.
